Base: Various residential care locations in south and mid-Wales; specialising in mental health, learning disabilities and elderly care.

Hours of work: Flexible shift work (AM, PM, long days and nights; zero-hour contract; options for temp and perm rotas).

Duties: To support the needs of service users in their activities of daily living, and to ensure that each individual reaches their full potential. You will follow behavioural support plans; safeguard service users from abuse; provide therapeutic and personal care; comply with the general requirements of the unit; and to follow and understand all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and experience: Preferably, you will have experience in working in the healthcare sector with service users who present challenging behaviours and hold at least a QCF level 2. However, we offer full training (online and classroom based; and we enrol employees on their QCF) and we believe that having the right attitude and a caring nature is a solid foundation to build on, if you have no prior professional experience.

Full driving license is preferred but not essential as many of our clients are located close to local train stations or bus routes.
